James Bell - Owner/Instructor (Classroom & Behind The Wheel)

Mr. Bell teaches the driver's safety education class as well as the behind the wheel instruction of the school program. A graduate of the University of Texas-Pan American, he was a highly successful public school educator for 20 years. As a former instructor at Metro Driving School, he gained valuable knowledge and experience that helped in deciding to open his own driving school. His dedication and desire to make his students be the best drivers they can be, has translated into the business getting off to a great start.

Linda Bell - Owner/Classroom Instructor

Linda Bell is a current public high school teacher in Granite City (Warriors). She has been teaching for 25 years. Mrs. Bell has been praised for her dedication and outstanding service to all students over her teaching career. She is working on getting her driver's education certificate soon and is looking forward to helping at Tri-City by teaching the driver's safety classroom.
